The shipping of my works is always insured.
You will find the cost of transport costs indicated on the product sheet.
It will be free only if expressly specified. For some works of particular size and value, an ad hoc quotation will be issued to you.

The shipping of my works is always insured.
If you request a delivery outside Italy, during the checkout phase, you will be indicated the transport costs dedicated to you.

Shipping methods
Each shipment is insured for theft and loss. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will indicate the TRACKING NUMBER and the courier's contact information. For a more efficient delivery service, I recommend that you also indicate your phone number when checking out.

Packaging of the works
Each work includes a custom-made cardboard and polystyrene packaging or, on some works and for some sections, in wood. The need for a wooden box could lengthen the delivery times indicated above. It will be very easy to open the packaging and your work will be ready to hang immediately!

Damages
In the event that the works received are defective, please contact me as soon as possible, attaching the photographs necessary to highlight the damaged parts. Write me at this email address: tiziana.adreani@gmail.com
I invite you to carefully check for any damage on the neck at the time of delivery and I recommend that you sign the transport document with the words "subject to", specifying the details and the extent of the damage found on the packaging.
Returns
I am sure that the purchased work will exceed your expectations and you will not want to return it!
But I want to be sure that you are always fully satisfied with your orders and that your shopping experience is simple and serene.
For this reason, if the work ordered online is not in line with your expectations, you can contact me to send it back to me within 14 days of delivery.

You will be able to arrange the shipment, at your own expense, being careful not to damage the original packaging and to place the work in the same wrapping and in the same manner in which you received it.
Please be sure to handle the artwork with care, it is very important! After I have verified the integrity of the returned work, you will be reimbursed in a short time. Contact me for more information.
